In the case of one lady from the UK, the answer is quite simple – phone the cops! As reported by local media, one upset customer was so distraught after a bad experience at the hair dresser that she phoned up the Humberside Police force.
Apparently the unhappy woman stated she didn’t want to pay for the cut, and was seeking legal advice from the coppers on what to do.
This was a good opportunity for Humberside Police to appeal to the local community not to abuse the local number 999 for serious matters.
According to data provided by the force, up to 1 in 4 calls do not require immediate police assistance – or even any police support at all (which definitely applies in the case of the bad haircut lady).
Social media users took to Twitter to condemn the woman’s bad judgement. “Personally I just cut my hair myself,” wrote one Irish user. “At least that way I am responsible for it.”
